After talking for so long about increasing my holdings in Realty Income I finally did so. Unlike others I bought this during the market crash instead of stocks that actually crashed. The falling dollar has also made it cheaper for me to buy new stocks so that's one positive from the trade war. I have now a large enough position so that each monthly dividend is enough for me to buy one new share every month.
