Reinvesting Lundin Mining dividend (2)

I'm thinking about moving my Lundin Mining position to my second portfolio so I don't have to bother with the taxes. I am not 100% sure I actually get all of the 25% tax back as it is now. Down side is I'd have to pay commission twice to sell and buy the shares to move them.
